April 11, 2024 | Alabama HB408 | Rather than “wait and see” what will happen with the WHO power grab for global governance, Alabama has introduced HB 408 which provides no jurisdiction to the UN, WHO, or WEF in Alabama. A similar Bill, LA SB 133, passed in the Louisiana Senate.
Alabama HB408 states: “The World Health Organization, the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall have no jurisdiction or power within the State of Alabama. No rule, regulation, fee, tax, policy, or mandate of any kind of the World Health Organization, the United Nations, or the World Economic Forum shall be enforced or implemented by this state or any agency, department, board, commission, or political subdivision of this state, including any governmental entity of this state, any governmental entity of any county or municipality of this state, or any other political entity.”
If passed, the Act would become effective on October 1st, 2024, though it would seem to make more sense to bring into effect immediately.
Why is the U.S. Congress funding the United Nations and the WHO?
According to the Congressional Research Service report below, the United States is the single largest financial contributor to the United Nations. China is the second leading contributor followed by Japan.

April 3, 2024 | LA SB 133 | The Louisiana Senate unanimously passed a bill to end cooperation with regulations, mandates, or rules from international organizations including the UN, WHO, and WEF.
Refusal by states to cooperate with foreign organizations or unconstitutional federal laws is an effective tool because power is dependent upon the voluntary compliance of states and local jurisdictions. The bill now goes to the Committee on House and Governmental Affairs.
SB 133 states:
“The proposed law provides that no rule, regulation, fee, tax policy, or mandate of any kind of the World Health Organization, United Nations, and the World Economic Forum shall be enforced or implemented by the state of Louisiana or any agency, department, board, commission, political subdivision, governmental entity of the state, parish, municipality, or any other political entity.”
In 1961 JFK delivered a speech to the United Nations promoting globalism – cooperation in global weather control (geoengineering), satellite communications to link the whole world ( “5G”/AI ), and international disarmament, whereby the UN would become the world’s military police force.
An important revelation written in the Johns Hopkins white paper, NATO 2030 states: “Notably, it is no longer a given that the United States will play a significant leadership role in the Alliance.” Intro p. 13
USA borders and airspace are not being defended and judging by Congressional appropriations, this might not be an accident.
NATO and the United Nations (UN) play a key role in the standardization of weaponizable technologies such as CV19, 5G, AI, and Air Pollution Modeling and it’s application ( weather engineering). The UN and NATO are also proponents of weaponized immigration.
At the end of last year Congress passed a bill that would prevent future presidents from withdrawing America from NATO without Congressional approval. Not widely acknowledged is the Israel-NATO alliance, which better explains the bipartisan Congressional measures. January 19, 2024 | Nothing is ever as it seems. Geopolitical landscapes are shifting as a few politicians in Washington, D.C. continue to ravage the American economy by investing in one reckless intervention after another.
For the DC war machine, wars are not meant to be won, they are simply a way of moving money and perpetuating crisis to distract the public and maintain power.

Some leaders make money while impoverishing their populations and destroying nations so that private and military contractors can rebuild, aka “build back better.”
Recently the Iraqi Prime Minister has been calling for the withdrawal of U.S. troops, calling them a “destabilizing force.”
There are so many moving parts, it’s challenging to maintain perspective. Though calculated efforts continue to distract and divide the American public, many are seeing past social engineering campaigns and aren’t buying into propaganda.

Reports over the past several years have brought attention to the threat of cyber-attacks or electromagnetic pulse (EMP) to America’s critical infrastructure. Cyber-attacks could cause major economic disruption and failure of critical systems. An EMP would be capable of causing severe damage to telecommunication systems, power lines, electronic equipment, and harm to biological life.
Additionally, wireless networks, both ground-based and interoperable satellite systems are the foundation for biometric surveillance, digital ID, CBDC, voting systems, AI, weaponry and other hazards.
Removing corporations, military intelligence, and foreign entities from positions of control over vital infrastructure, and hard wiring the systems instead of relying on inferior, hackable wireless, are ways to increase security and protect data, privacy, and health.

In a rather awkward moment for climate agenda promoters, the president of the COP 28 climate summit, Sultan Al Jaber, stated that there is ‘no science’ behind calls to phase out fossil fuel.
“You’re asking for a phase-out of fossil fuel,” al-Jaber said.
“Please, help me, show me for a phase-out of fossil fuel that will allow for sustainable socio-economic development, unless you want to take the world back into caves.”
A thriving economy is dependent upon access to abundant, cheap, and reliable energy. While US policymakers attempt to handicap Americans and our economy with unrealistic and unreliable energy strategies, nations like India and China have mostly abandoned emissions reductions.
Unelected ‘climate czar’ John Kerry, like other globalist millionaires who fly around the world in their private jets telling people how to live their lives, stated that he is getting more and more militant about imposing economic burdens and restrictions on the public.
U.S. administrations have adopted UN Agenda 2030 energy-crippling policies, abandoning reliable fuel sources and setting a course to disable America’s thriving economy and energy independence. For example, efforts to block the sunlight reduce the effectiveness of solar panels, reduce crop yields, and harm the environment and health.
In addition, covering the Earth in microwaves via satellites and ground-based irradiating infrastructure is another reckless scheme that is not green, energy efficient, or safe.
Our energy systems are being designed by corporate sponsored politicians and bureaucrats instead of by engineers. The result is more expensive and less reliable energy, ethics and human rights violations, in addition to harmful environmental impacts and devastating fires.
Though most would wholeheartedly agree that it is extremely important to stop pollution, protect our environment and all life on Earth, the politically driven climate narrative is simply not supported by actual science.
An NGO called “Co-Develop” has partnered with The United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), The Inter-American Development Bank, The Rockefeller Foundation, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and others in launching the 50-in-5 campaign, involving deployment of globalist infrastructure that would permanently lockdown the world’s population inside a digital prison of constant biometric surveillance.
Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) is being marketed as “a secure and interoperable network of components that include digital payments, ID, and data exchange systems”.
National governments want to share identity, financial, and health records of individuals with global government agencies across borders, through “Data Exchange Systems”.
Linked worldwide to implement UN Agenda 2030 sustainable development goals (SDGs), wireless systems of biometric surveillance tools include satellites, microwave antenna grids (“4G/5G/6G”), security cameras, cell phones, and ‘smart’ devices to connect the Internet of Things (IoT) & the Internet of Bodies (IoB). Under an overarching Artificial Intelligence (AI) prison, digital infrastructure is purposed to constantly and forever track, identify, and calculate social credit scores to determine who would have access to services and permission to travel freely.
Many are choosing not to participate in the UN globalist agenda by getting rid of, or powering off cell phones and wireless devices, preferring hard-wired connections & rejecting wireless infrastructure deployments, supporting local businesses, using cash often, being mindful about sharing data, and disconnecting more often from the internet.
The UN, Bill Gates, & Co. would like millions of volunteers to lock themselves down into the digital prison.
There’s nothing new there, for anyone who has been paying even the slightest bit of attention. Digital identity and digital payment systems are self-explanatory (and we’ve covered them before). “Data Exchange Systems” essentially means national governments will share identity and financial records of citizens across borders with other nations, or indeed with global government agencies.
The key word is “interoperable”.
As we have written before, the “global government” won’t be one single health care system, identity database, or digital currency – but dozens of notionally separate systems all carefully designed to be fully “interoperable”.
As well as being a project of the UNDP, UNICEF, and the Inter-American Development Bank, the 50in5 is funded by various globalist NGOs and non-profits including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and (indirectly through an NGO called “Co-Develop”) the Rockefeller Foundation.
The eleven counties taking part in the program so far are Bangladesh, Brazil, Estonia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Moldova, Norway, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Togo. A careful spread from every continent, including first, second, and third-world nations.
It is a list noteworthy for including NATO, EU, and BRICS members. Interesting implications on supposed “multipolarity” there.

The World Health Organization (WHO) is one of the many UN agencies that the U.S. is funding. China is busy strengthening ties with the UN WHO in attempting to implement global “health” policy.
So far, 53 members of the HOUSE have Sponsored or Co-sponsored H.R. 79 and ZERO Senators have introduced or supported the effort to withdraw from the WHO.

Both the Trump and Biden administrations adopted United Nations (UN) World Health Organization (WHO)-China protocols as their CV19 strategy.
When asked how he would address the next pandemic, Robert Kennedy Jr. stated that he would follow the pandemic protocols from the WHO and the CDC.
It is not the government’s job to protect our health. It is the government’s job to protect our rights (and our borders, including airspace).
WHO-China protocols are presented in the Report of the WHO-China Joint Mission on Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), which states: “The Joint Mission consisted of 25 national and international experts from China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Nigeria, Russia, Singapore, the United States of America and the World Health Organization (WHO).”
The collaboration of national governments in following the exact same CV19 program was not an accident, but a pre-planned event.
The United Nations and the WHO are corrupt organizations, and the CDC is a for profit corporation that has been in partnership with China for over 30 years.
