Unpublished Study Found Unvaxxed Children Healthier than Vaxxed

The conclusion of the unpublished study states, “This study found that exposure to vaccination was independently associated with an overall 2.5-fold increase in the likelihood of developing a chronic health condition, when compared to children unexposed to vaccination. This association was primarily driven by asthma, atopic disease, eczema, autoimmune disease and neurodevelopmental disorders. This suggests that in certain children, exposure to vaccination may increase the likelihood of developing a chronic health condition, particularly for one of these conditions.”

Passed: TX HB 3441 Relating to liability of vaxx manufacturers

 A manufacturer is liable to an individual if:

(1)  the manufacturer advertises a vaccine in this state; and

(2)  the advertised vaccine causes harm or injury to the individual.

(c)  Notwithstanding any other law, an individual may bring an action under this section not later than the third anniversary of the date the cause of action accrues.

(d)  A court shall award a claimant who prevails in an action brought under this section:

(1)  actual damages; and

(2)  court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in bringing the action.

Biden HHS Extends CV Vaxx Liability Shield Through 2029

The shield protects those that manufacture, dispense, prescribe or administer the  CV injections in the event that the uninsurable products cause injury or death.

CV vaxx-induced injuries or deaths are not covered by HHS’ Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which covers injuries caused by standard childhood jabs but protects the drugmakers from being sued.

The CV injections are covered under Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) with over 13,000 claims as of November 2024. 10,449 of those claims allege injury or death from CV injections.

The fact that governments protect vaxx manufacturers from liability rather than protecting consumers from vaxx-induced injury and death underscores the reason why the public has lost trust in the CDC, HHS and Big Pharma. If vaxx products were safe there would be no need to provide liability immunity for vaxx-induced harm.

RFK Jr Could Be A Big Asset for Pharma

Mr. Trump nominated Kennedy for the top position at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), commenting to the Associated Press about Kennedy, “he’s going to be much less radical than you would think…I think he’s got a very open mind, or I wouldn’t have put him there.”

Kennedy has promised that if confirmed for the position he’s “not going to take anyone’s vaccines away from them.”

Bourla maintains that Pfizer is interested in policies not politics and said of Kennedy, “If he’s confirmed, we will work with him to make sure that we advance the right policies.”

Despite being labeled  as a vaxx skeptic, Kennedy is in fact, pro-vaxx.

At least $1 BILLION of Biden’s $1.7 TRILLION stimulus was allocated the HHS and CDC for promoting the mRNA jabs.

Judicial Watch Uncovers Biden Administration Propaganda Plan to Push COVID Vaccine | Judicial Watch

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch announced today that it received 249 pages of records from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) detailing the extensive media plans for a propaganda campaign to push the COVID-19 vaccine.

The records were received in in response to an August 2021 Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)lawsuit filed after HHS failed to respond to a April 19, 2021 request for records related to the Biden HHS’ “COVID-19 Community Corps” program (Judicial Watch v. Report: CV Vaxx Linked to Increased Mortality – 17 MILLION Deaths

September 30, 2023 | ZeroMandatoryVaxx.com | A scientific report studying 17 Southern-Hemisphere countries found unprecedented increase in mortality after the rollout of the CV vaxx, especially in the elderly population. The data suggest the vaxx did not save lives, but instead resulted in 17 MILLION deaths.

Authors conclude that there was no evidence in a reduction in all-cause mortality (ACM) or any beneficial effect of the CV vaxx.

The researchers stated, “This would correspond to a mass iatrogenic event that killed (0.213 ± 0.006) % of the world population (1 death per 470 living persons, in less than 3 years), and did not measurably prevent any deaths.”

The report is not yet peer-reviewed.

COVID Vaccines Causally Linked to Increased Mortality, Resulting in 17 Million Deaths: Scientific Report

A new scientific report challenges the idea that COVID-19 vaccines have prevented deaths after researchers assessed all-cause mortality in 17 countries and found COVID-19 vaccines did not have any beneficial effect on reducing mortality. Instead, researchers found that unprecedented peaks in high all-cause mortality in each country—especially among the elderly population when COVID-19 vaccines were deployed—coincided with the rollout of third and fourth booster doses.

The report, published Sept. 17 by Correlation Research in the Public Interest (pdf) (not yet peer-reviewed), quantified the vaccine-dose fatality rate (vDFR) for all ages—which is the ratio of inferred vaccine-induced deaths to vaccine doses delivered in a given population. After analyzing mortality data, the researchers calculated a mean all-ages fatal toxicity by injection of vDFR of one death per 800 injections across all ages and countries. This equates to 17 million COVID-19 vaccine-related deaths worldwide from 13.25 billion injections as of Sept. 2, 2023.

“This would correspond to a mass iatrogenic event that killed (0.213 ± 0.006) % of the world population (1 death per 470 living persons, in less than 3 years), and did not measurably prevent any deaths,” the authors said. The overall risk of death induced by COVID-19 vaccines is 1,000 times greater than previously reported in data from clinical trials, adverse event monitoring, and cause-of-death statistics obtained from death certificates.

Beware of the Next Round of Rushed mRNA Injections

The U.S. government and pharmaceutical companies are investing a substantial amount to develop new mRNA vaccines for infectious diseases and cancer, fueling a lucrative mRNA platform valued at $136.2 billion.

A newly established White House program announced on Aug. 23 that it is granting a total of $25 million over three years to Emory University, Yale School of Medicine, and the University of Georgia to develop personalized therapeutic vaccines against cancers and emerging infections, similar to how COVID-19 mRNA vaccines target SARS-CoV-2. They aim to use mRNA—an essential element in COVID-19 vaccines developed to prevent SARS-CoV-2 infections—to program a unique class of immune cells called dendritic cells to initiate a desired immunological response.

Pharmaceutical companies such as Moderna, BioNTech, and CureVac are conducting clinical trials using mRNA-based vaccines with advanced melanoma, ovarian, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers. The National Institutes of Health is partnering with BioNTech to develop a personalized vaccine for pancreatic cancers. In addition to COVID-19 and cancer, other mRNA-based vaccines in development target influenza, genital herpes, respiratory viruses, and shingles.
