Congress is currently considering nearly 50 bills in both chambers that, collectively, would promote significant proliferation of wireless antennas and infrastructure across the country and in space, likely leading to wireless antenna proliferation and/or higher levels of wireless radiation in the environment.
Instead of fast-tracking wireless networks, Congress should ensure it is protecting the public and environment.
Pending Bills Would:
Preempt local zoning authority on the placement of antennas
Exempt most wireless deployments from certain environmental and historic preservation laws
Encourage deployment on federal land, including National Forests and National Parks
Increase availability of spectrum for commercial use by reallocating from federal users
Make federal broadband funds available for wireless deployment
Fast-track approvals for satellite networks
Encourage wireless radiation in agriculture, which depends on pollinators
Virtually eliminates states’ rights and local authority over communications facilities, allows cell towers to be placed almost anywhere, and exempts most wireless deployments, including all small cells, from the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
No agency with health or environmental expertise is funded to consider radiofrequency (RF) effects from environmental emitters (e.g., cell towers, small cells, 5G/4G wireless network antennas).
No oversight, monitoring, or compliance program exists.
No safety regulations exist to protect wildlife, trees or plants, despite evidence of serious harm, with pollinators being uniquely vulnerable.
Outdated FCC Wireless RF Exposure Regulations:

Increasing RF levels across the country will put people, wildlife, and the natural environment at serious risk of harm. Federal accountability and environmental safeguards are needed before allowing unfettered wireless proliferation.

Instead of fast tracking wireless networks, Congress should ensure the public and environment are adequately protected. Accountability actions include:
Require qualified, independent federal agencies to assess the evidence on wireless impacts and develop science-based exposure limits for humans, wildlife and the natural environment.
Fund the EPA to establish a federal program for nationwide RF measurements, environmental monitoring, oversight and compliance.
Exercise Congressional oversight authority over FCC and its lack of compliance with the DC Circuit order.
Encourage deployment of high-speed, affordable, wired broadband to every home in America to bridge the digital divide with infrastructure that is faster, safer, and more secure.

According to recentreports, hundreds of Chinese-manufactured drones have been detected flying over restricted airspace in DC over the past few months. While the drones may not be directly controlled by China, the devices have surveillance capability with the potential to be used for cyber attacks, espionage, or to be weaponized.
Florida Senator Marco Rubio has introduced two bills to regulate drones: one banning drones from accessing U.S. telecommunications, and another banning the U.S. government from buying drones made in China. Neither bill has gained traction.

A MintPress study has found that hundreds of former agents of the notorious Israeli spying organization, Unit 8200, have attained positions of influence in many of the world’s biggest tech companies, including Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Amazon.
The Israeli Defense Forces’ (IDF) Unit 8200 is infamous for surveilling the indigenous Palestinian population, amassing kompromat on individuals for the purposes of blackmail and extortion. Spying on the world’s rich and famous, Unit 8200 hit the headlines last year, after the Pegasus scandal broke. Former Unit 8200 officers designed and implemented software that spied on tens of thousands of politicians and likely aided in the killing of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

According to employment website LinkedIn, there are currently at least 99 former Unit 8200 veterans currently working for Google. This number almost certainly underestimates the scale of the collaboration between the two organizations, however. For one, this does not count former Google employees. Nor does it include those without a public LinkedIn account, or those who do have an account, but have not disclosed their previous affiliations with the high-tech Israeli surveillance unit. This is likely to be a considerable number, as agents are expressly prohibited from ever revealing their affiliation to Unit 8200. Thus, the figure of 99 only represents the number of current (or extremely recent) Google employees who are brazenly flouting Israeli military law by including the organization in their profiles.

A lawsuit against Google was filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton alleging “indiscriminate collection of the personal information of Texans” that includes capture of voices and faces of users and non-users.
According to the lawsuit,“everyday Texans have become unwitting cash cows being milked by Google for profits.” The suit also stated, “Nest Hub Max’s camera is designed to be a modern Eye of Sauron—constantly watching and waiting to identify a face it knows. This means the Google device indiscriminately captures the face geometry of any Texan who happens to come into view, including non-users who have never authorized Google to capture their biometric information and who, in all likelihood, may not even know Google is doing so.”
Paxton is seeking a jury trial, $25,000 per violation in penalties, and injunctions to prevent capturing, storing or using biometric identifiers by Google without informed consent of the users. -JD

Damaging data can even be secretly planted[8] on a device or network without the user’s knowledge or consent, destroying credibility, careers, and lives.
In a 2020 US military document[9] titled, “Estimation of Technology Convergence,” “The Mad Scientist Fellows” produced research and analysis regarding how artificial intelligence, biotechnology, quantum technology, nanotechnology, neurotechnology, autonomous technology, robotics and information technology might converge in the next 15 years. The vision is for a decentralized AI to remotely manage networks including weapons systems, without a human operator.

China Creates ‘Digital Twin’ of Americans: Cybersecurity Expert
As reports have emerged that Chinese military-linked firms gather American DNA, these firms are now capable of creating digital replicas of Americans, according to John Mills, former director of cybersecurity policy, strategy, and international affairs at the Department of Defense.
“They have the capacity to create these complex models of each of us. They’re making digital twins of us,” Mills told the “China in Focus” program on NTD News, sister media outlet of The Epoch Times.

He pointed to BGI Group, formerly Beijing Genomics Institute, which is the leader of the CCP’s genome project, as well as a leading producer of COVID-19 tests.
In 2017, the company’s leader boasted that it had reached an industrial level of success in progressing through genetic reform and gene editing, to gene synthesizing, and mass-producing multiple viruses, bacteria, and large yeasts.
“They can do all kinds of nefarious things with no constraint or loss. They have our data.” That data could be used to tailor a follow-up virus to target certain non-Han ethnicities, Mills warned.
Mills referred to Beijing’s military-civil fusion policy, calling Chinese companies “extensions of state security, state intelligence.”
That includes every Chinese company and every company that is incorporated in China, even if it is American in origin, he stressed. “They are the eyes and the ears and the collectors.”
That means when Americans give information to these companies, their data is essentially going to Chinese intelligence, Mills said.
