Electromagnetic radiation may also be used for weather modification, experimentation, and as weaponry.
The WMO and ITU are partners in weather services, monitoring, and data collection efforts toward the implementation of UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Interoperable systems of satellites and ground-based monitoring facilities, known also as the wireless control grid, continuously transmit and receive electromagnetic radiation. Electromagnetic radiation is a hazardous, uninsurable pollutant.
What are the environmental and health impacts of electromagnetic radiation pollution?
Currently there are no agencies monitoring or measuring electromagnetic radiation pollution to protect biological life. For this reason many USA State bills are emerging to challenge and correct weather modification policy in order to protect life and the natural environment from harmful pollution.

The United Nations (UN) World Meteorological Organization’s (WMO) World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) coordinates and facilitates international weather and climate experimentation in support of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. WMO Members and Partners HERE
The science direction of WCRP is overseen by the Joint Scientific Committee, or JSC. “Joint” refers to the fact that the WCRP has three sponsors: the World Meteorological Organization (WMO); The International Science Council (ISC), and Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission of UNESCO (IOC-UNESCO).
WCRP partners include the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
According to the WCRP website, The Global Precipitation Experiment (GPEX) will include coordinated global field campaigns with an emphasis on different storm types (atmospheric rivers, mesoscale convective systems, monsoons, and tropical cyclones, among others) over different regions and for different seasons, gridded data evaluation and analysis (including identifying the need of enhancing existing global observing network), km-scale modeling, understanding of processes critical to precipitation (e.g., through field experiments and also new approaches such as feature tracking and instrument simulators), and prediction of precipitation events, including extremes as well as changes in precipitation seasonality.

For decades NASA has had a huge budget without any meaningful environmental safety regulations, public oversight, or accountability for the results of their experimentation.
The 1979 report below describes NASA experimentation involving the stratospheric sulfate aerosol layer. Analysis includes study of carbonyl sulfide and sulfur dioxide aerosol particles.
“…there is concern that anthropogenic perturbations of the layer due to increased sulfur loading of the stratosphere or the injection of particulate matter at high altitudes could possibly affect the climate…”

Counteracting cognitive warfare involves consciously unplugging ourselves from the internet and social media, continually questioning and scrutinizing information for accuracy, gaining local control of wireless infrastructures, while preferring and prioritizing wired connections to boost security.
This Mind War weapon system is built upon ground-based and space-based (satellite) communications networks, aka “5G,” “6G,” “NextG,” and NEXRAD. People and communities worldwide are working together to reign in these weapon systems, end the war(s) and protect life on Earth.

Gates is Chairman of the Board of TerraPower LLC, the company building a commercial nuclear reactor in Kemmerer, Wyoming. This is the first nuclear reactor to be built in the U.S. in over a dozen years.
This has given the public plenty of time to forget about one of the worst nuclear disasters in U.S. history at Three Mile Island in Pennsylvania, in 1979.
“Cleaning up the remains of nuclear activities, however, presents special problems because of radioactivity and contamination which can endanger public health and safety. Some radioactivity remains hazardous for thousands of years making final and absolute disposal at best a difficult and expensive task.”
The report outlines the built-in problems with nuclear plants including lack of planning for decommissioning the remains of nuclear facilities. At the very least the owners should be charged with providing for decommissioning, or else the expense is left to the States or federal government.
In addition to being an environmental hazard that would burden future generations with extremely hazardous pollution, nuclear reactors present an ideal military target for direct energy weapons (DEWs) which could cause catastrophic harm.
Nuclear energy has not proven to be safe or green.

“Effect of Coronavirus Worldwide through Misusing of Wireless Sensor Networks,” was published in the American Journal of Bioinformatics Research. Authors studied impacts of exposure to radiofrequency radiation from wireless devices, networks and sensors concluding, “Corona is a sensory technical virus to spread as a non-communicable disease in animals and human beings. This virus is not biological, it is spread by technological programming and remote sensing.”
The abstract states: “…The study aims to evaluate the maltreating of wireless sensor networks that affect individuals within the body boundary area. Wireless sensor data were collected from individual’s profile, diagnosis and sensor node records at laboratory experiments. The study shows the effect of processed sensor nodes among individual’s body organs to compare with the existing environments. The study illustrates all individuals suffer from sensor disease due to reflecting of wavered sensors at open eyes sights with high speed electromagnetic-radio tracking systems…”
RFR has crept up on humanity. If we follow the marketing for new devices and services there’s no mention of the harms of RFR exposure. If we follow military weapons research and development, it’s clear that RFR is a weapon.

The installation of a sophisticated surveillance system built with RFR-transmitting infrastructure inclusive of satellite networks and interoperable ground based instruments that are continuously polluting the environment with RFR has been termed the “digital prison.”
The federal government in partnership with the UN is not capable of reigning in the problem because the federal government is funding these activities.

In 1982, G. Edward Griffin interviewed Norman Dodd, who revealed efforts over many decades to facilitate the “comfortable” merging of the United Sates with the Soviet Union (Russia). Discussed is the calculated infiltration and subversion of the US educational system by bankers and large corporations to facilitate merging the USA into a socialist world government (New World Order). Mr. Dodd had served as an investigator for Congressman Reece’s Special Committee on Tax Exempt Foundations (commonly referred to as the Reece Committee).
Mr. Griffin stated: “The story we are about to hear represents a missing piece in the puzzle of modern history. We are about to hear a man tell us that the major tax-exempt foundations of America, since at least 1945, have been operating to promote a hidden agenda. That agenda has nothing to do with the surface appearance of charity, good works or philanthropy.
This man will tell you that the real objective has been to influence American educational institutions and to control foreign policy agencies of the Federal government. The purpose of the control has been to condition Americans to accept the creation of world government. In a recent hearing for SD SB 215, there was only one opponent of the proposed legislation to prohibit atmospheric experimentation involving the release of polluting emissions: The Department of Agriculture.
Americans from all different backgrounds recognize that greater involvement in policymaking is necessary to take back our Constitutional republic from special interests and the military-intelligence-industrial-pharmaceutical-media-complex.
It’s past time to clean our own houses of governance and remove actors that are violating the Constitution.
