The shield protects those that manufacture, dispense, prescribe or administer the CV injections in the event that the uninsurable products cause injury or death.
CV vaxx-induced injuries or deaths are not covered by HHS’ Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), which covers injuries caused by standard childhood jabs but protects the drugmakers from being sued.
The CV injections are covered under Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP) with over 13,000 claims as of November 2024. 10,449 of those claims allege injury or death from CV injections.
The fact that governments protect vaxx manufacturers from liability rather than protecting consumers from vaxx-induced injury and death underscores the reason why the public has lost trust in the CDC, HHS and Big Pharma. If vaxx products were safe there would be no need to provide liability immunity for vaxx-induced harm.

Introduction
Professor Ian Akyildiz, pioneer of the Internet of Bio-Nano Things (IoBNT), pointed out in an advanced technology symposium in 2023:

Step 2: Pretend it was “a bug, a virus modified with CRISPR Cas9” (what James means here is – “oops, forget what I just told you 45 seconds ago about A DRUG. I really-really mean a bioengineered GOF virus!!”)
Step 3: Use the “REAL BUG” – the Internet! Broadcast on social media that everyone is infected with a “highly lethal agent” that has “asymptomatic, prodromal effects” – anxiety, sleeplessness and worry. When you worry – those are the signs that you have a “lethal asymptomatic infection”. M-kay. That means the undergraduate students in a garage someplace released the bioweapon. Or it “leaked” from BSL4 facility in Wuhan (that sounds scarier, doesn’t it?), and it got to you all the way in Iowa. Believe!!!
Step 4: All hypochondriacs and “worried-well” run to their doctors and flood the hospital ERs, yay! Now we can get them with the fake PCR-remdesivir-ventilator protocol! and call it “covid”!
