FY 2026 Department of State Funding United Nations Agencies and NATO

30 November 2025 | ZERONotificiation.com | ZEROGeoengineering.com | Link To Department of State Organizational Chart |  The United States Department of State (DOS) is among Federal agency partners of the U.S. Global Change Research Program (USGCRP) and Interagency Council for Advancing Meteorological Services (ICAMS), established in 2017 by the Weather Research and Forecasting Innovation Act (Public Law No. 115-25, Title IV, sec. 402, 15 U.S.C. § 8542). The DOS is a close partner of the United Nations.

The FY 2026 DOS Budget provides funding for United Nations agencies including: the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), the World Health Organization (WHO), Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Organization of American States (OAS), and other unelected UN agencies.

Foreign Military Financing (FMF) is provided for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, and Taiwan. Notably, additional funds are provided for “Global Health Programs” with regard to “PANDEMICS AND OTHER INFECTIOUS DISEASE OUTBREAKS.”

October 26, 2023 | President Eisenhower warned in his 1961 Farewell Address: “…The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present-and is gravely to be regarded.”

In 2023, we are waking up in the world that Eisenhower warned about, where “public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.”

Reports below show that the U.S. and China are collaborating on many areas of “research” including studies involving transmission of infectious diseases. (Readers will note also that China and Russia are currently engaged in collaborative scientific “research”).

Unfortunately, government funded university students are partnering with globalists toward the implementation of United Nations Agenda 21/2030, Sustainable Development Goals, aka, a one world totalitarian dictatorship.

The National Science Foundation is a lead agency helping to coordinate international efforts in a number of “research” endeavors including Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases (EEID).

This partnership includes United Kingdom Research and Innovation, United States-Israel Binational Science Foundation, National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Institutes of Health, and National Institute of Food and Agriculture.

According to the Program Description:

The goal of the Ecology and Evolution of Infectious Diseases (EEID) program is to support important and innovative research on the ecological, evolutionary, behavioral, physiological, oceanographic, and socio-ecological principles that influence the transmission dynamics of infectious diseases. The program’s focus is on the discovery of general principles and processes and on building and testing models that elucidate these principles. Projects must address the quantitative, mathematical, or computational understanding of pathogen transmission dynamics. Research in EEID is expected to be an interdisciplinary effort that goes beyond the scope of typical studies funded by the standing programs of the partner agencies. Projects should bring together such areas as anthropology, behavior, bioinformatics, computational science, ecology, economics, epidemiology, evolution, food science, genomics, geography, global health, immunology, mathematics, medicine, microbiology, oceanography, plant science, population biology, sociology, physical environmental sciences, systems science, and veterinary medicine. Research within EEID is expected to generate rigorously characterized and tested models that are of value to the scientific community, and also may be useful in decision making.

-There was a pause in Ukraine funding —  though Congress has already given Zelensky BILLIONs in free money and weapons. 
*We have not heard much discussion about if or when Americans may expect that money to be paid back.
-Joe Biden and members of his administration remain determined to continue funding the Ukraine proxy war against Russia no matter what.
*Meanwhile, securing the borders is not a top priority.

Many have pointed out that this action of disrupting Congressional proceedings is the crime for which January 6 defendants were charged.
After serving in Congress for several years, one would expect that Mr. Bowman would be able to locate another door.

-Donald Trump was nominated for House Speaker.
-Nancy Pelosi had to vacate her hideaway congressional office.
– Hunter Biden lawyers will reportedly mount a Second Amendment defense. 
-The Biden administration is attempting to rewrite history and avoid responsibility for unconstitutional CV19 policies, claiming that there were never any mandates.
Keep in mind it was the Trump administration that spearheaded Operation Warp Speed and funded The CARES Act.
Many realize that both political parties have created the current economic situation as well as national and international conditions with policies of endless war, including locking down the nation and weaponizing CV19 policies in lockstep with United Nations WHO-China protocols.
We are in an uphill battle, friends. Focusing efforts on policymaking, especially at the local and state level, is a path toward maintaining sovereignty while protecting individual liberties, families, and strengthening our communities.

Government Spending Is Fueling Inflation

September 5, 2023 | The Biden administration is driving inflation higher by spending money that it doesn’t have.

Chief economist and global strategist at Euro Pacific Capital, Peter Schiff explained in a recent conversation, “All of that government spending is being financed by deficits and that’s really the source of the inflation. And it has been the source of the inflation for many, many years because the Fed has been monetizing all the government debt by creating money. That’s what’s been putting all the upward pressure on prices. So, it’s the government that’s responsible for the inflation. As long as the Biden administration keeps spending money that it doesn’t have, inflation is going to get worse.”

Massive cuts in reckless government spending are needed, especially military spending in Ukraine and other foreign interventions. Reprioritizing spending to uplift the financial security of all Americans is essential.

NOAA Aerosol Injection Geoengineering Directed by U.S. Congress

In a March 27, 2023 academic paper titled, “Injection strategy – a driver of atmospheric circulation and ozone response to stratospheric aerosol geoengineering,” NOAA and other agencies and institutions are cited in the acknowledgements for supporting grants. Among them: National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR), the National Science Foundation (NSF), Cornell University and Indiana University.

 

These types of reckless environmental interventions have been rebranded over decades, funded and directed by the U.S. government and the NSA without safety regulations, meaningful oversight, or public consent.

The resulting damage to nature after over 70 years of climate modification is incalculable.

Geoengineering must be prohibited to protect the environment and human health.

Thomas Massie’s Bill to Audit the Fed, H.R. 24 has 63 Cosponsors so far.

This bill establishes requirements regarding audits of certain financial agencies performed by the Government Accountability Office (GAO).

Specifically, the bill directs the GAO to complete, within 12 months, an audit of the Federal Reserve Board and Federal Reserve banks. In addition, the bill allows the GAO to audit the Federal Reserve Board and Federal Reserve banks with respect to (1) international financial transactions; (2) deliberations, decisions, or actions on monetary policy matters; (3) transactions made under the direction of the Federal Open Market Committee; and (4) discussions or communications among Federal Reserve officers, board members, and employees regarding any of these matters.
