A WIRED investigative report of leaked police documents has revealed a secretive surveillance program between the White House and AT&T to spy on Americans and collect information about individuals and their contacts even if they are not suspected of committing a crime.
The bi-partisan dragnet surveillance effort, known as the Hemisphere Project, and rebranded as “Data Analytical Services (DAS),” has existed under both Democrat and Republican administrations, with call records going back to 1987.
According to a letter from US Senator Ron Wyden written to Attorney General Garland, the Hemisphere Project “is a long-running dragnet surveillance program in which the White House pays AT&T to provide all federal, state, local, and Tribal law enforcement agencies the ability to request often-warrantless searches of trillions of domestic phone records.”
In addition to the White House and AT&T warrantless surveillance spying on Americans, there are troubling partnerships between AT&T, the United Nations ITU, China, and the DoD.
The telecommunications system has become a grave threat to the privacy and health of Americans as well as a major national security hazard.
On top of that, the voting system is built upon AT&T’s wireless infrastructure, adding another vulnerability to election integrity problems.
It’s necessary to reign in and shut down these unconstitutional systems and programs.
A little-known surveillance program tracks more than a trillion domestic phone records within the United States each year, according to a letter WIRED obtained that was sent by US senator Ron Wyden to the Department of Justice (DOJ) on Sunday, challenging the program’s legality.
According to the letter, a surveillance program now known as Data Analytical Services (DAS) has for more than a decade allowed federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to mine the details of Americans’ calls, analyzing the phone records of countless people who are not suspected of any crime, including victims. Using a technique known as chain analysis, the program targets not only those in direct phone contact with a criminal suspect but anyone with whom those individuals have been in contact as well.
The DAS program, formerly known as Hemisphere, is run in coordination with the telecom giant AT&T, which captures and conducts analysis of US call records for law enforcement agencies, from local police and sheriffs’ departments to US customs offices and postal inspectors across the country, according to a White House memo reviewed by WIRED. Records show that the White House has, for the past decade, provided more than $6 million to the program, which allows the targeting of the records of any calls that use AT&T’s infrastructure—a maze of routers and switches that crisscross the United States.
In a letter to US attorney general Merrick Garland on Sunday, Wyden wrote that he had “serious concerns about the legality” of the DAS program, adding that “troubling information” he’d received “would justifiably outrage many Americans and other members of Congress.” That information, which Wyden says the DOJ confidentially provided to him, is considered “sensitive but unclassified” by the US government, meaning that while it poses no risk to national security, federal officials, like Wyden, are forbidden from disclosing it to the public, according to the senator’s letter.
An NGO called “Co-Develop” has partnered with The United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF), The Inter-American Development Bank, The Rockefeller Foundation, The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and others in launching the 50-in-5 campaign, involving deployment of globalist infrastructure that would permanently lockdown the world’s population inside a digital prison of constant biometric surveillance.
Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) is being marketed as “a secure and interoperable network of components that include digital payments, ID, and data exchange systems”.
National governments want to share identity, financial, and health records of individuals with global government agencies across borders, through “Data Exchange Systems”.
Linked worldwide to implement UN Agenda 2030 sustainable development goals (SDGs), wireless systems of biometric surveillance tools include satellites, microwave antenna grids (“4G/5G/6G”), security cameras, cell phones, and ‘smart’ devices to connect the Internet of Things (IoT) & the Internet of Bodies (IoB). Under an overarching Artificial Intelligence (AI) prison, digital infrastructure is purposed to constantly and forever track, identify, and calculate social credit scores to determine who would have access to services and permission to travel freely.

Digital identity and digital payment systems are self-explanatory (and we’ve covered them before). “Data Exchange Systems” essentially means national governments will share identity and financial records of citizens across borders with other nations, or indeed with global government agencies.
The key word is “interoperable”.
As we have written before, the “global government” won’t be one single health care system, identity database, or digital currency – but dozens of notionally separate systems all carefully designed to be fully “interoperable”.
As well as being a project of the UNDP, UNICEF, and the Inter-American Development Bank, the 50in5 is funded by various globalist NGOs and non-profits including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and (indirectly through an NGO called “Co-Develop”) the Rockefeller Foundation.
The eleven counties taking part in the program so far are Bangladesh, Brazil, Estonia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Moldova, Norway, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Togo. A careful spread from every continent, including first, second, and third-world nations.
It is a list noteworthy for including NATO, EU, and BRICS members. Interesting implications on supposed “multipolarity” there.

By a vote of 8-1, committee members decided to recommend that the full board oppose the telecom agreement on installation applications of 5G equipment. The board is scheduled to further address the matter at its meeting on November 8th.
In this important decision, safety was prioritized as a regulatory criterion. Representatives cited pollution from antennas in their reasoning to reject the cell tower deployment plan.
When City Rep. Jim Grunberger asked how many more towers Stamford residents could expect, he was told that it could be hundreds.
Grunberger stated, “I don’t think we should back away from this because of the threat of a lawsuit. If we have to be a test case on this, we should be a test case.”
People in communities everywhere are engaging with their representatives in policymaking at the local level to ensure that the interests of local residents are served.
Fierce Opposition to 5G Cell Towers in New York City:
(a) Establishment.—The Director of National Intelligence, acting through the Director of the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity, may initiate or otherwise carry out a program dedicated to research and development efforts relevant to 6G technology and any successor technologies.
(b) Consultation.—In carrying out any program under subsection (a), the Director shall consult with—

(B) private sector entities;
(C) institutions of higher learning; and
(D) federally funded research and development centers; and

Congress is currently considering nearly 50 bills in both chambers that, collectively, would promote significant proliferation of wireless antennas and infrastructure across the country and in space, likely leading to wireless antenna proliferation and/or higher levels of wireless radiation in the environment.
Instead of fast-tracking wireless networks, Congress should ensure it is protecting the public and environment.
Pending Bills Would:
Preempt local zoning authority on the placement of antennas
Exempt most wireless deployments from certain environmental and historic preservation laws
Encourage deployment on federal land, including National Forests and National Parks
Increase availability of spectrum for commercial use by reallocating from federal users
Make federal broadband funds available for wireless deployment
Fast-track approvals for satellite networks
Encourage wireless radiation in agriculture, which depends on pollinators
Virtually eliminates states’ rights and local authority over communications facilities, allows cell towers to be placed almost anywhere, and exempts most wireless deployments, including all small cells, from the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
No agency with health or environmental expertise is funded to consider radiofrequency (RF) effects from environmental emitters (e.g., cell towers, small cells, 5G/4G wireless network antennas).
No oversight, monitoring, or compliance program exists.
No safety regulations exist to protect wildlife, trees or plants, despite evidence of serious harm, with pollinators being uniquely vulnerable.
Outdated FCC Wireless RF Exposure Regulations:
FCC RF exposure limits remain unchanged since 1996.
No federal agency has conducted a comprehensive review of the current body of science on the health and environmental impacts of wireless RF radiation.
“We find the [FCC’s radiofrequency] order arbitrary and capricious in its complete failure to respond to comments concerning environmental harm caused by RF radiation.”

An Unsupported Basis for Bills Fast-tracking Wireless:
Pending bills are being promoted under the banners of “streamlining”, “removing barriers to entry”, and “closing the digital divide.”
In fact, these bills ignore constitutional protections, conflict with existing federal law, remove states’ rights, and would perpetuate the digital divide.
Increasing RF levels across the country will put people, wildlife, and the natural environment at serious risk of harm. Federal accountability and environmental safeguards are needed before allowing unfettered wireless proliferation.
Solutions:
Instead of fast tracking wireless networks, Congress should ensure the public and environment are adequately protected. Accountability actions include:
Require qualified, independent federal agencies to assess the evidence on wireless impacts and develop science-based exposure limits for humans, wildlife and the natural environment.
Fund the EPA to establish a federal program for nationwide RF measurements, environmental monitoring, oversight and compliance.
Exercise Congressional oversight authority over FCC and its lack of compliance with the DC Circuit order.
Encourage deployment of high-speed, affordable, wired broadband to every home in America to bridge the digital divide with infrastructure that is faster, safer, and more secure.
