19 September 2026 | ZeroNotification.com | ZERO5G.com | Image source |Flock cameras are tools for a mass surveillance system. The AI-infused automated license plate reader (ALPR) network has sparked public outrage and controversy due to the invasion of privacy and documented misuse by law enforcement.
In addition to 24/7 unwarranted surveillance, Flock cameras are a source of harmful Radiofrequency (RF) Radiation pollution. Like cell towers and other irradiating infrastructure, there are no agencies monitoring or measuring the pollution in order to protect people and nature from RF Radiation exposure.
The RF Radiation pollution reading below of 13 mW/m2 [milliwatt per square meter], converted to 13,000 µW/m² [microwatt per square meter], was taken in Meridian, Idaho, on September 17, 2026, from about 10 meters away from the Flock camera.
The Institute for Building Biology identifies greater than 1,000 µW/m2 [microwatt per square meter] of RF Radiation as EXTREME.
This reading is only one moment in time. To understand the real problem, the RF Radiation needs to be added up every day, for the weeks and months or years of operation to calculate RF Radiation pollution in the environment.

Reps. Massie, Burlison Introduce the “Flock-Off Act” to Defund Surveillance State Cameras
“Technology may change, but our constitutional rights do not,” said Congressman Eric Burlison. “The Fourth Amendment protects Americans from unreasonable searches, and advances in surveillance technology should not come at the expense of our privacy and liberty. The federal government should not use taxpayer dollars to build a surveillance state that tracks law-abiding Americans. Our rights are unalienable, and Congress has a responsibility to protect them.”
