Artificial Intelligence (AI) is built upon existing communication systems (“5G”/”6G”/satellites) with capabilities that include continuous unwarranted biometric surveillance, data collection, and weaponry.

It uses military and non-military tactics, targeting both military operators and civilian populations across the crisis spectrum.”
