On election day, North Dakotans in Williams and Mountrail Counties voted YES on COUNTY MEASURE 1 to end Weather Modification operations. This decision follows Burke and Ward Counties, that recently ended cloud seeding programs as well.
Organizers say they plan to work at the state level with legislators to ban weather modification in their state.
