Destabilization and influence are the fundamental goals of cognitive warfare. These goals work towards the purpose of sowing discontent within a society or encouraging particular beliefs and actions.”

Counteracting cognitive warfare involves consciously unplugging ourselves from the internet and social media, continually questioning and scrutinizing information for accuracy, gaining local control of wireless infrastructures, while preferring and prioritizing wired connections to boost security.
This Mind War weapon system is built upon ground-based and space-based (satellite) communications networks, aka “5G,” “6G,” “NextG,” and NEXRAD. People and communities worldwide are working together to reign in these weapon systems, end the war(s) and protect life on Earth.

SOVIET AND U.S. PLAN EMERGES
In 1975, DARPA published a report called, “Soviet Developments in Weather Modification, Climate Modification, and Climatology.” Described are applications of weather and climate modification with capabilities for environmental warfare. Noted on page 84 of the report:
“…the U.S. has seven environmental warfare centers (not identified in the article) which are engaged in research on potential tactical measures such as the triggering of major earthquakes by the deep injection of “lubricants” into vulnerable geologic faults or the generation of destructive seismic tidal waves by underwater explosions. In the same vein, the Soviet commentator alludes to the potential specter of “guided” tornadoes.”
“…potential geophysical warfare techniques: the creation of ‘windows” in the atmospheric ozone layer; the hostile deployment of ultra- and infra-acoustic fields; the manipulation of atmospheric electricity to depress the mental activity of large groups of people; the tactical deployment of “guided” lightening;”

“…the particular danger of environmental warfare lies in the possibility that the aggressor nation may be secretly, over the course of many years, employing any of a whole arsenal of hostile geophysical techniques against another nation which would be unaware of the origin of the “natural” disasters afflicting her and thus incapable of initiating any counteraction.”
