Congressmembers passed a “hate speech” bill that stands in direct conflict with the First Amendment guarantee to freedom of speech. H.R. 6090, the “Antisemitism Awareness Act of 2023” attempts to define and demand certain beliefs with regard to religion.
This evening, I will vote AGAINST the ridiculous hate speech bill called the “Antisemitism Awareness Act.”

Freedom of religion and freedom of speech are a cornerstone of America’s Constitution. The use of the term “antisemitism” is being weaponized to try and prevent legitimate criticism of Netanyahu’s war and Congressional complicity in war crimes by continuing to fund violence and destruction in Gaza.
