December 7, 2023 | Unconstitutional warrantless mass surveillance of Americans under section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) allows government “intelligence” agencies such as the FBI to collect information scooped from phone calls, texts, and emails from Americans – without their knowledge or consent. Instead of allowing this bill to expire and die, the House Judiciary Committee passed the “FISA Reform and Reauthorization Act,” which contains no reforms.
