The timing of CDC Rochelle Walensky’s resignation is interesting, not because the orchestrated C19 event is drawing to a close, but because she is one of the Biden officials named in a recent Writ of Quo Warranto. According to the complaint, the petitioner seeks to verify U.S. government officials’ Oaths of Office as per the requirement of 5 U.S. Code § 3332.
The document states, “not one of the aforesaid appointees have produced a compliant affidavit consistent with the applicable statutes. Either the affidavit(s) are nonexistent, wanting, defective or the appointee has failed or refuses to provide the mandated affidavit to hold their respective offices.” Affidavits must be notarized or sworn under penalty of perjury.
Worth noting on the signed affidavit below, Walensky’s title is “Senior Advisor,” which is not the title that was used while promoting policies as CDC “Director.”
Many will be watching this case closely as it continues to develop.
The CDC is a for profit agency acting in partnership with China’s CDC and the WHO.
C19 countermeasures were found to be harmful and unconstitutional.
